January 10, 2009 - Today is the last day for getting your entry into the $10,000.00 AKC Black Gold - Gold Medal Championship to be held January 29,30, and 31 in Eufaula, Alabama. 

If you didn't get your entry in in time and want to do so today, call me at 919-345-7542 and I'll take your entry by phone. Have your dog's AKC number and your credit card information ready when you call. 

If you have a question about your dog's eligibility, please call me. You may be qualified and don't know it. 

The hunt is nearly full and will likely fill by the time Monday's mail arrives. We will take entries that are in Monday's mail since the deadline is today.

Top 16 cast winners from Thursday night hunt in 4 casts early 
Open Event - $500 added purse 
$50.00 entry fee 

Sat, Jan 31 
Final Four cast winners from Friday night hunt in 1 cast early 
Open Event - $500 added purse 
$50.00 entry fee 

*Jackets to the Black Gold - Gold Medal Champion and Reserve Champion 
*Final Four dogs receive one year's supply of Black Gold Dog Food 
*Champion recieves special Black Gold - Gold Medal Championship trophy 
*Champion receives a free full page ad in American Cooner magazine
